Madam Shanghai is the first Premium Qipao and Chinese Wedding Dresses brand founded in the U.S. We specialize in custom-made, hand embroidery, and heavy silk fabric traditional Chinese clothing for women and men.

The brand was co-founded by Grace and and Vincy in Los Angeles and we hope you can book an appointment to visit our LA store and experience our bespoke service. We also do high-resolution zoom that can showcase the details of our products for clients who prefer virtual appointments.

Grace is the head designer. Before Madam Shanghai, Grace was an apprentice at JINZA Bridal till she later opened and managed JINZA Bridal Los Angeles store. She has been in the industry for a decade. 

Vincy's family are Shanghainese. She was highly influenced by her grandma who always dressed up in Qipao for special moments such as celebrations and family events. Vincy believes she has a mission to share the shining parts of our culture by her efforts to deliver high quality qipao dresses to the community.
